Many Christians are being awakened to the Biblical truth that our work matters to God for the world. The Faith & Work Collective by Beyond Business is designed to help Christians grow in this area to work as God intended… faith and work integrated.
Mission
The Faith & Work Collective is a 6-month program in spiritual formation, professional development, and community awareness that forms Christians in the marketplace to serve God, others, and society through their daily work. 12 to 15 Fellows will form the inaugural cohort.
The Outcome
Over the course of the 6 months, Fellows participate in workshops designed for transformation, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gain practical tools to help them integrate faith and work—all in a diverse community of mid-career professionals. Fellows come away equipped with tools to be:
- Spiritually Formed: Practices spiritual disciplines that sustain a deep relationship with God in the midst of professional life.
- Theologically Rooted: Able to articulate a biblical theology of work and calling.
- Vocationally Integrated: Sees their work as meaningful, worship, mission-driven, and part of God’s redemptive story. Builds relationships across differences through humble, authentic love for others.
- Missionally Minded: Seeks the good of others, the organization, and the broader society through their vocation.

Schedule
6 Month Schedule
- Teaching sessions, group discussions, debrief on self-directed formation practices
- 15-20 pages of reading for discussion
- Monthly Cohorts: All monthly cohorts meet 8:30 – 4 unless stated otherwise
- Sept 17th – Kickoff Dinner
- October 9-10 – Kickoff Retreat
- Nov 9th
- Dec 10th
- Jan 11th
- Jan 21st – Beyond Business Summit (full-day attendance required)
- Feb 11th
- March 9th
- April 9th – Closing Celebration Dinner
- Additional Monthly Gatherings: 1 hour
Cost and Application Process
Cost:
$2,400
Deposit of $1,200 due before September 1st. The remainder can be paid over the 6 months of the program at $200/month. Or one additional payment of $1,200 due by January 31, 2027.
Cost Includes:
- 1 retreat with food, lodging, program, rest, and community
- 5 full-day meetings with teaching from top leaders, shared meals, connection & community, margin for the Holy Spirit
- Concluding Celebration Dinner
- Entry to Beyond Business Summit
- One-on-one mentorship

- Personal reflection survey results
