2026 Speakers

David Kim

David Kim is the CEO and co-founder of Goldenwood, a nonprofit focused on reviving a vision for work rooted in love and faith. He has trained and coached hundreds of leaders to integrate faith and work meaningfully and now explores the intersection of AI and spiritual formation. David previously served as VP of Faith and Work at Redeemer City to City, Executive Director of Redeemer’s Center for Faith & Work in NYC, and editor of the NIV Faith and Work Bible. He teaches cultural renewal at Fuller Seminary and Regent College.

Matt Rusten

Matt Rusten is President of Made to Flourish, a network that empowers pastors to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities. He holds a master of divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a doctorate in faith, work, and vocation from Fuller Seminary. Matt has served in pastoral roles across North Dakota, Chicago, Kansas City, and Madison. He lives in Kansas City with his wife, Margi, and their two children, Olivia and Owen.

Missy Wallace

Missy Wallace is a coach, consultant, and speaker who helps organizations integrate faith into strategy and leadership. She serves with Redeemer City to City and previously led the Nashville Institute for Faith and Work. Her career spans roles at BCG, Time Warner, and Bank of America, with global experience across the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and beyond. Missy is a contributing author of The Missional Disciple and co-author of Faith and Work: Galvanizing Your Church for Everyday Impact. She lives in Nashville with her husband, Paul, and their three children.

Ross Chapman

EMCEE

Ross Chapman is the Chief Executive Officer of Denver Institute for Faith & Work, a nonprofit equipping people to serve God and others through their daily work. He is the co-author of Faithful Work: In the Daily Grind with God and for Others and holds degrees from Fuller Seminary, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Taylor University. Ross previously founded and led For Evansville, an organization uniting churches and community leaders for human flourishing, and served as Executive Producer for several award-winning short films. He lives in Denver with his wife, Candace, and their three sons.

Haley Dake

Haley Dake is the Founder of East of Weird & Company and former CEO of Kammok. As an executive coach, she helps entrepreneurial leaders navigate organizational and personal transitions with clarity and courage. Her approach draws on experience at Bain & Company, IDEO, the National Outdoor Leadership School, and the Trinity Forum Academy. Haley holds a BA in Business and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and joint MBA and MA degrees from Stanford University. She lives in Bastrop, Texas, with her husband and two sons.
